Offenses often ambush us
Offenses come at very inopportune times! ?
Offenses have a devised and planned intent. ?
Offenses come when I:
A. Least expect them
B. Had different expectations
C. Feel vulnerable
D. Am at my lowest or weakest
E. Am at my highest or strongest
F. Have an idea of myself that is larger than that of reality!
G. Have assumptions about information and accept it as true. This is often
reported through a third party.
Offenses by their nature intend to:
A. Defeat my expectation of future hope.
B. Rob my personal sense of value.
C. Render me powerless, lifeless and or useless.
D. Separate best of friends, destroy unity and divide.
E. Manipulate the wholesale cutting off of relationships.
F. Force me to presume malicious intent. ?
All these things are usually not known to either party involved.
We need to learn and accept that divisions – things that break unity
and friendship – are the work and desire of evil. We are not battling
a person but a power that resides in dark places. This devil hates any
united and interconnectedness. He hates you!
Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy;
Love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
Love does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked,
thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity,
but rejoices in the truth; bears all things,
believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
