Programs
Paradigm
is designed to benefit families based on their need. It has
several program options, each designed to address issues in the
clients' financial, budgeting or credit situation. The initial home
ownership counseling provides the opportunity to assess the family's
situation and create a plan for financial stability and their future
as a homeowner.

Counseling
services introduced by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and provided
to Scott, Madison, Bourbon, Harrison, and Woodford counties in
Kentucky by Paradigm.
Financial
literacy program for undergraduate students to prepare for a successful
economic future. "By 2001, a Nellie Mae study found
college seniors graduated with an average of $3,262 in credit

Financial Planning and Counseling
After
attending the "Yes, You Can Own A Home" session, families
are advised to attend additional free pre- and post-home ownership
counseling sessions through Paradigm for support through the purchasing
process.
